Job Description

An Enrollment Coordinator is an integral part of the Ventris team. They regularly interact with our benefits team and insurance carriers. They also support compliance efforts on client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists clients in the administration of COBRA and State Continuation.

Implements client staffing changes in benefit enrollment.

Interacts with insurance carriers in exchanging enrollment data.

Processes compliance notifications.

Uses agency information technology systems.

Works closely with team members to resolve complex client enrollment and compliance issues.

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, applications especially proficient with Excel.

Critical thinking, good judgment, communication, and listening skills.

Job Description

As part of the Service Center team your overall responsibilities will be to ensure our customers receive timely and quality service. Your responsibilities are focused on reviewing and accurately troubleshooting client service needs and assisting in the management of our clients’ insurance policies. You may have additional responsibilities including, issuing insurance certificates, processing policy changes, or various projects.

An Implementation Manager is part of a three person team including the Consultant/Benefit Advisor, Account Manager, and Implementation Manager.  An Implementation Manager is responsible for technical aspects of client service implementation, renewal coordination, and compliance support for mid-size and key client accounts.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates open enrollment changes with agency information technology systems.

Prepares client proposals, renewal spreadsheets, benefit guides, and presentations in a timely manner.

Assists with client compliance using agency tools.

Will be assigned to specific clients and have renewal timelines and goals.

Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of related experience or high school diploma with three or more years of experience with client coordination and/or claims management experience.

A Benefit Advisor is part of a three person team including the Account Manager, and Implementation Manager. A Benefit Advisor develops and advises client accounts with 20 to 100 employees with their medical, dental, life and disability benefit plans and programs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attends team and development meetings

Develops base for potential clients utilizing agency resources.

Submits coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers.

Works closely with carriers and vendors as primary source for information on market trends, pricing, and underwriting.

Directs preparation of client proposals, reporting, and presentations.

Assists with developing employee communications for clients at open enrollment.

Helps client with compliance using agency tools

Assists with client calls or emails to resolve service or claims concerns.

Cultivates relationships and has retention goals

Generally requires assistance with more complex problems from a consultant.

HRIS & Systems Administrator

Job Description

The HRIS and Systems Administrator manages, supports and develops the agency HRIS system and works directly with the client service group, clients and carriers for implementation, ongoing use, and renewals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day management of HRIS system including maintenance, implementation and integrity of data within the system.

Creates efficiencies and streamlines processes of benefit administration with client service group.

Understands how the system interfaces with HRIS, payroll and insurance carriers.

Provides technical assistance and guidance for the client service group.

Manages system configurations and technical requirements for ongoing and annual HRIS enrollment processes including; updating documentation, testing, data feeds, and carrier/vendor coordination.

Understands and communicates the plan design, including coverage levels and options, eligibility, enrollment/change and termination procedures.

Performs other duties as required.
