The HRIS and Systems Administrator manages, supports and develops the agency HRIS system and works directly with the client service group, clients and carriers for implementation, ongoing use, and renewals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day management of HRIS system including maintenance, implementation and integrity of data within the system.
Creates efficiencies and streamlines processes of benefit administration with client service group.
Understands how the system interfaces with HRIS, payroll and insurance carriers.
Provides technical assistance and guidance for the client service group.
Manages system configurations and technical requirements for ongoing and annual HRIS enrollment processes including; updating documentation, testing, data feeds, and carrier/vendor coordination.
Understands and communicates the plan design, including coverage levels and options, eligibility, enrollment/change and termination procedures.
Performs other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1 or more years of related experience or high school diploma with 3 or more years of experience with HRIS administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially proficient with Excel.
Critical thinking, good judgment, communication, and listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Must be a team player.
Must be willing to execute Ventris’ confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
Hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. Salary dependent on experience. A full benefits package is offered.
