Enrollment Coordinator

Job Description

An Enrollment Coordinator is an integral part of the Ventris team. They regularly interact with our benefits team and insurance carriers. They also support compliance efforts on client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists clients in the administration of COBRA and State Continuation.

Implements client staffing changes in benefit enrollment.

Interacts with insurance carriers in exchanging enrollment data.

Processes compliance notifications.

Uses agency information technology systems.

Works closely with team members to resolve complex client enrollment and compliance issues.

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, applications especially proficient with Excel.

Critical thinking, good judgment, communication, and listening skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Must be a team player.

Must be willing to execute Ventris’ confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.

Bilingual Spanish not required but preferred.

Hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.  Salary dependent upon experience.  A full benefits package is offered.
